iCaseMonkey.co.uk Shipping & Returns 1.0 Shipping Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the advertised purchase price. Delivery can be expected 5-10 days from the day that the order was placed. An e-mail receipt will be sent to confirm when the product has been shipped. If you have not received your order within 12 days from date of order, please e-mail us at CustomerServices@iCaseMonkey.co.uk confirming your order number and delivery address. Where an incorrect address has been given with the original order, iCaseMonkey reserves the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. 2.0 Returns General Customers returning items to iCaseMonkey will be provided with a Returns Code which must be used. All returned items must be accompanied by both a: 1. Copy of original invoice 2. Returns code written on invoice and on return packaging We strive to provide the highest levels of customer service, however iCaseMonkey cannot accept any returned goods if:
3.0 Delivery Discrepancy Claims for delivery discrepancy should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit. Where discrepancies are the fault of iCaseMonkey or its shipping agents, the customer will be provided with a Returns Code. On return of item, the correct or replacement item will be shipped and customer incurred shipping costs refunded. If the delivery discrepancy is the fault of the customer, please refer to “Return of Unwanted & Unopened Items” section below. 4.0 Return of Unwanted & Unopened Items iCaseMonkey.co.uk fully support and comply with relevant European Consumer Distance Selling Regulations. Under these regulations, the customer has a cooling off period of 7 days within which they can change their mind about their purchase. If they notify iCaseMonkey within 7 days that they wish to cancel their order, customers can expect to receive a refund once they have returned the item unopened, in its original packaging and undamaged. Customers wishing to return unopened and undamaged items beyond the 7 day cooling off period, but within 21 days of delivery will provided a with a credit that they can use to purchase other items from the store. Beyond 21 days of delivery, iCaseMonkey may accept returns of unopened and undamaged items at its discretion and reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. 5.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 21 days after delivery, please contact us at CustomerServices@iCaseMonkey.co.uk to receive a Returns Code number. On receipt of the return we will test the item. Where the item is confirmed as faulty we will either provide a full refund, offer a store credit, or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned. Where store credits or replacement products are dispatched, iCaseMonkey will refund the returns postage cost incurred by the customer (please note that a postage invoice must be provided). If the goods are not faulty, customer incurred postage costs will not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge you a replacement fee (25% of selling price) for a new item alternatively we will return the original item at no extra cost.
